Firefighter Survival & Self-rescue

Our Firefighter Survival & Self-rescue Workshop was developed to be in compliance with the Ontario Fire Service Health & Safety Advisory Committee, Section 21 Guidance Notes.  This workshop deals with the often overlooked task of self-preservation on the fire ground.  Although rapid intervention teams and training are important, knowing how to save yourself is imperative.

This workshop begins with a 1.5 hour PowerPoint presentation.  Skills included in the hands-on portion include calling a proper MAYDAY, egress drills, entanglement drills, wall breaching, plus more!  Enrollment is limited to 16 participants, keeping a low instructor to participant ratio. Contact us for pricing.

*Our instructors also can come to your departmental training night and present lectures and/or hands-on training in numerous aspects of firefighting.  Please contact us if this service interests you!
